You will be the Customer-Facing Human in an AI-run world.
When everyone is running around to stock up on guns, toilet paper and pickles, you will be calming partners down and helping them through the storm.
This might be two roles, one for helping bring on board new enterprise customers and a second for being the relationship manager and their connection into our team, who are very techie and hiss from under their hoodie when people come too close in real life.
But since it’s early days it might be one role for now. Who knows… it will depend more on the rockstar we find. We find great people, and figure it out from there.

It would probably be necessary for you to have worked in tech or are tech savvy (eg. you could figure out how to fix your home wifi network).
Bonus points if you have a roller deck of ecommerce CEOs you can call up and be like “yoh, have I got something game changer for you to see…”
But please don’t feel intimidated if you don’t score bonus bonus points.
